Lifting Locks

Shackles are used in lifting operations and static systems as removable couplings to make steel cable, chain or belt connections.

At hijsmij we went for the top brand GREEN PIN, this brand is the leading brand in the lifting shackles market. Due to the constant demand, we have the basic range of shackles in our inventory. These shackles are multifunctional and efficient to use. Outside our standard range we have shackles available up to a few 100 tons, which are still being expanded and enlarged. Within our range we know 3 types with their own quality and objective:

- G-4161, Bow shackle closure chest bolt. This is a standard closure with a breast bolt, making it easy to tighten and loosen without locking. This is not used for longer connections but for temporary use.

- G-4163, Bow shackle nut bolt. Instead of the chest bolt, this closure is suitable for longer periods and can be secured. These closures are therefore available up to 1.5 million kilos!
